surabhi bhaskar
Surabhi is the Founder and CEO of the Caduceus Initiative. She is currently a freshman at UC Santa Cruz—attedning Boston University next fall—and majoring in Biology (BS). She plans to attend medical school with the intention of serving underprivileged youth as a medical profession.

Surabhi hopes that the Caduceus Initiative can cement a place in the healthcare industry as a hub for accesbbile information and resources. She also aspires to foster a community for students interested in pursuing medical careers to be engaged in the field first-hand.
saanvi reddy
Saanvi a first-year Neurobiology major at UC Davis and is very passionate about medicine, particularly pediatrics, which is the heart of the Caduceus Initiative. She's excited about this path and merging her love for science with her dedication to healthcare. From a young age, the world of medicine has held her in awe. It’s not just about healing, but about the impact it has on individuals and communities. Outside of medicine, some of her interests are dance, volleyball, traveling, baking, and any outdoor adventures.
meghana dwaram
Meghana Dwaram is currently a freshman at UC Berkeley majoring in Molecular and Cellular Biology and intending to pursue a career in pediatrics. Throughout her academic journey, she's worked with many different groups of kids. As she interned at Stanford Healthcare, she assisted a pediatric occupational therapist working with kids with autism. In her basketball academy, DubShot, she coached elementary and middle school kids. Through DubShot, her team and her worked with disabled kids in the Challenged Athletes Foundation and donated 10k to support them. Working with children is extremely rewarding and she am committed to help enrich the lives of children to help shape them into responsible, empathetic, and resilient individuals who are prepared to contribute positively to society.
aradhya kongara
Aradhya is the CMO of the Caduceus Initiative and is a freshman at the University of Washington. She intends to major in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology and minor in Anthropology to pursue a medical career in pediatrics.
To Aradhya, healthcare should be two things: accessible and affordable. Through the Caduceus Initiative and your support, she hopes to make this a reality for healthcare all across the world. She is a strong believer in health being a human right and hopes to spread this mindset across the globe.
